A seasoned entrepreneur, Allison instinctively finds creative solutions for what she sees missing in the world around her. She is a certified personal and wellness life coach specializing in resistance and resilience.
Having learned the ropes in her twenties of creating and running a business from the ground up, Allison opened her second business a decade later, offering a blend of business consulting and personal coaching.
All the while, Allison pursued her passion for music by producing and hosting a syndicated program for public radio with broadcasts in California, Oregon, Idaho and Montana for nine years.
Allison lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband, daughter, two dogs, flower and vegetable gardens. When she's not spending time with her family, skiing and learning to fly fish, you can find her outside in the dirt.
Director of Operations
A member of the international adventure racing team, Bones, Charles is a master of endurance sports. His racing experience spans the globe having been tested on multiple day, non-stop courses in some of the most rigorous and stunning environments on the planet. To say he can handle on-the-fly changes, huge projects and overall operations is an understatement.
He has held positions as senior analyst, operation project leader and product analyst for companies including Logitech and PMI in Switzerland.
Charles lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife and two sons. You can find him running, skiing and riding daily.
Nathan has been actively sailing as an engineer in the United States Merchant Marine for over twenty years. He holds a U.S.C.G. Chief Engineer Unlimited Horse Power license and a B.S. in Marine Engineering Operations from Maine Maritime Academy.
Nathan has sailed ships all over the world and has been trained in multiple forms of preparedness, including advanced marine fire fighting, damage control, and chemical biological radiological defense, just to name a few.
Nathan is passionate about logical and proactive approaches to preparedness. He has committed himself to assisting Terra Frma in developing simple, organized, and effective tools for resilience. Nathan lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife, Allison, daughter, two dogs, drift boat and four whitewater kayaks. He's a true waterman.
Content Editor + CS Coordinator
Meghan Robins is a writer and editor who works with Terra Frma to create content, copy edit and do development editing. Meghan believes in the power of storytelling and thrives off the challenge of conveying important information as swiftly and efficiently as possible. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Sierra Nevada College and has taught English as a second language.
Meghan grew up in Tahoe City, California, and now lives in Bend, Oregon, where she can be found hiking, trail running, climbing and skiing.
Mary Kate Maltzan
Mary Kate is a designer and entrepreneur who started her career back when Silicon Valley was full of pirates and gamblers. She has been specializing in brand and design across the web and in the wild.
Mary Kate founded the design agency called The Workyard (which was formally known as Shegeek Design).
She is an adjunct professor in the Graduate Design program at California College of Arts, teaching a course about brand in the future of technology and on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees advising on brand and marketing for The Fort Mason Center of Arts and Culture

Although she now resides in Bend, Oregon, Stephanie continues to serve as Director of Business Development & Client Services at Contour Marketing & Media, the New York based company she founded in 2006.
Stephanie joins Terra Frma focused on building movements and stimulating social change through creative campaigns that build brand awareness.
She co-founded Crowdera, Inc., a civic-crowdfunding platform that supports educational and non-profit organizations serving individuals and communities.
She holds a BS in Social Science from Colorado State University, a degree is Sociology from
Georgian Court College and an associates degree in Social Science from Ocean County College.
Marketing + Outreach Coordinator
After graduating from the University of Oregon in 2017 with a BA in International Studies, Presley moved to Sisters, Oregon, where she tended to organic veggies and taught nutrition/science classes to K-8 students at Seed to Table Farm. Presley is passionate about food security and human rights advocacy, both locally and on a global scale.
She was inspired to join the team at Terra Frma because she knows that nature is a force to be reckoned with and believes in the concept of helping others through capacity building.
A Maui native, Sebastian "Buster" Tronolone is a Director of Photography having worked with Patagonia Surf, 10 Barrel, Mt. Bachelor, Danner Boots, Coalition for the Deschutes, Nemo, Weiden Kennedy, Hydro Flask, Traeger, the Gerry Lopez Big Wave Challenge, Caldera Springs, Sunriver Resort, Laird Hamilton, Naish, North, Liquid Force, Slingshot, RedBull, Flexifoil, Wainman Hawaii, Dave Kalama, Rush Randle, and the PKRA Kiteboarding World Cup.
He lives in Central Oregon with his wife and two children.
Betta started her career as a journalist at Maine Times and was director of marketing for two highly successful Maine natural food companies before moving into the nonprofit sector, where she was director of communications for the Chewonki Foundation. In 2010, she was recognized by the Maine Public Relations Counsel with a Golden Arrow Award.
NW Sales Rep
Ron Lybeck brings forty years of restaurant business experience to Terra Frma, including twenty-six years in the high-end world of New York City restaurants. He has held multiple leadership posts, including service coordinator, sommelier, wine columnist, general manager and "Opener," specializing in new restaurant launches, among them Veritas, Esca and Ilo.
Ron believes the products and services offered by Terra Frma are crafted with the clarity and precision needed for them to "be effective in real time. Right now". He lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife and dog, Gordy.
