My box arrived damaged. How can you help?
Please contact us here right away and we will send you a return label. Once we receive the box, we will priority mail your replacement.

Who do I contact about questions?
You can contact us by visiting the Contact Us page and filling out the form. We usually return messages within three hours but we may take up to two business days.

What if I want to return something bought from the store?
For all Terra Frma products you can visit our Return Policy page.
All Amazon orders need to be returned through Amazon.

My home was damaged or destroyed in a natural disaster and my Grab + Go Box is now unusable.
As a Terra Frma Member, we will send you a replacement Grab + Go Box immediately, free of charge, to aid in your recovery. Please contact us right away at contact (at) terrafrma.com and we will send you the form to fill out for your replacement.
