She has been in a leadership position with KIALOA since 2001 filling the roles of President and CEO, during her tenure. At the end of 2018, as the CEO, she successfully led the sale of KIALOA Paddles to a strategic partner and continues to work with the new owners.
Meg is a member of the U.S. Bank Advisory Board and Secretary board member of the Oregon Outdoor Alliance.

In his 35-year career, Jeff covered wildfires, tsunamis and earthquakes in California and Oregon, a hurricane in Hawaii, flooding in Oregon and covered Cascadia Subduction Zone extensively.
John Pang
Retired Fire Chief
John served as a paid Fire Chief in Lake Tahoe, California, for the Meeks Bay Fire Protection District for over 19 years. In that time, he initiated a notable fire prevention program with a defensible space focus; improved infrastructure and still created financial reserves. He also extended better outreach to the public.
He currently serves on the Tahoe City Public Utility District Board and is a long-standing member of the Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue Team.

Scott Aycock
Community and Economic Development Manager for the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC)
He has spent the past 25 years working on community and economic development and public policy at the local, regional, state and federal scale - in North Carolina, British Columbia, and Oregon. Scott is also COIC's lead on regional emergency management and natural disaster programs, including the Natural Hazards Mitigation Plans and the proposed Regional Emergency Services Training and Coordination Center.

He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law, a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maine.
Erik enjoys spending his free time with family and friends in the wilds of southern Oregon.

For the past 10 years she has chosen to focus on brands that enable people to have transformational experiences outdoors – from established brands like Thermarest, Mountain Safety Research, The Mountaineers, and The National Park Service, to startups like Cairn and Heroclip. She’s a Board Member of Oregon Outdoor Alliance, a mentor for Camber Outdoors and Bend Outdoor Worx, and runs a consulting business that advises outdoor industry startups on go-to-market strategy.
Rob Little

Rob Little founded Cairn in early 2014. The company was acquired by Outside in 2021. Prior to Cairn, Rob worked as an operations engineer at Lockheed Martin and spent two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Latin America.
During his occasional breaks from Cairn, Rob can be found backpacking, skiing, biking, and paddle boarding with friends, his wife Betsey, and their Cairn terrier, Rocco.
